Troubleshooting
Most field issues resolve to water quality, power supply or vibration-sensor sensitivity. Work through these before raising a warranty claim.
No output at all
- Check the inline fuse and relay on the DC feed
- Confirm supply voltage at the unit while the engine runs
- Verify the vibration sensor is triggering — adjust sensitivity if the mount is over-isolated
Low output
- Replace the resin filter if older than 9 months
- Confirm feed water TDS at or below 5 µS/cm
- Check the outlet line for kinks, water traps or a blocked injection fitting
High-TDS alarm
The feed water is out of specification. Drain, flush with purified water and fit a new resin filter. Repeated alarms after a filter change indicate a contaminated water source.
Over-temperature shutdown
Check airflow around the enclosure and relocate away from turbo or exhaust heat. Confirm the unit is not operating above rated duty for its class — continuous duty requires H-Power or DH-Power, not a compact unit.
