Heavy-Duty PEM Enhancement Systems

Cabinet-mounted PEM hydrogen-oxygen Combustion Enhancement Units engineered for diesel and natural-gas engines up to 16.0 L displacement, and for stationary generator sets. Two power classes — H-Power and DH-Power — match hydrogen output and reservoir capacity to engine size and duty cycle.

Both units run on 12 / 24 V DC directly from the vehicle or generator charging circuit. No AC-inverter arrangement, no onboard hydrogen storage, no caustic electrolyte.

Behind-cab, under-chassis or pad-mount

  • · Switched 12 / 24 V DC feed directly from the vehicle or generator charging circuit
  • · Hydrogen-oxygen mixed gas injected upstream of combustion via the engine air intake
  • · Deionised / distilled water only — onboard ion-exchange polisher maintains feedwater quality
  • · Non-destructive, reversible installation — no modification to engine, fuel system or after-treatment
